What is a Repair Event?
A Repair Event includes diagnosing one appliance issue and, if required, one return visit to complete the same repair after parts arrive. A Repair Event applies to one appliance and one problem only.
How to read the table
- Dispatch Credits are how Repair Events are tracked (credits do not roll over).
- Household coverage refers to eligible appliances in the home, not the number of repairs.
- Labour discounts are applied per Repair Event (cap applies).
