What LEA Repair Is

LEA Repair is a household appliance repair membership for homes across Toronto and the GTA.

Instead of paying a service call fee every time something breaks, members receive priority weekday access to appliance repair and a structured repair process.

We are not an emergency or 24/7 service.


Who This Is For

LEA Repair memberships are ideal for:

  • Homeowners with aging appliances
  • Condos and townhomes
  • Busy households that value reliability
  • Customers who want one repair provider they can trust

What Priority Access Means

Priority access means members are scheduled ahead of non-members when appointment availability is limited.

This matters most during:

  • Heat waves
  • Cold snaps
  • Storms
  • Seasonal demand spikes

Priority access does not mean:

  • Prompt service
  • Weekend service
  • Emergency service
  • A guaranteed time slot

It means earlier access and clearer scheduling when demand is high.

Why We Schedule by Area

To serve members reliably, appointments are scheduled by geographic service zones. This allows technicians to complete more repairs per day and return for part installations efficiently.

Zone-based scheduling helps reduce delays and improves overall service reliability.


What a Dispatch Credit Is

A Dispatch Credit covers one complete appliance repair issue.

That includes:

  • One diagnostic visit
  • Ordering parts if needed
  • One return visit to install the part and finish the same repair

If your repair needs a second visit because a part is required, that return visit is already included.

One issue = one Dispatch Credit.


What Dispatch Credits Do NOT Cover

Dispatch Credits do not include:

  • Parts
  • Free labour
  • Multiple appliances
  • New or unrelated problems

You still pay for parts and labour, with your member labour discount applied if your plan includes one.


Real Examples

Example 1 Your washer stops draining. We diagnose the issue, order a pump, and return to install it. This uses one Dispatch Credit total.

Example 2 Your washer and dishwasher both need service. These are separate issues and require two Dispatch Credits, or a Dispatch Credit plus the member dispatch fee.

Example 3 An appointment is cancelled late or we cannot access the appliance. This may use a Dispatch Credit or result in a late cancellation fee.


How Labour and Parts Are Priced

  • Parts are always billed separately
  • Labour is always billed
  • Member plans include a labour discount, capped at $250 per repair

Dispatch Credits remove the service call fee and give you priority access. They do not make repairs free.


If You Use All Your Dispatch Credits

Once your included Dispatch Credits are used, you can:

  • Pay a reduced member dispatch fee, or
  • Buy additional Dispatch Credits at member pricing

Additional credits:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Expire with your membership
  • Cannot be transferred to another address

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or we cannot access the appliance when we arrive:

  • The visit may use a Dispatch Credit, or
  • A late cancellation fee may apply

If a Dispatch Credit is used due to cancellation or no access, it is considered used.


Return Visits and Timing

If a part is required:

  • We schedule a return visit once the part arrives
  • The return visit must be booked within a reasonable time

If a repair is delayed because of customer scheduling or approval, the original Repair Event may be closed and another Dispatch Credit or fee may apply.


Warranty (Simple Version)

We stand behind our work.

  • 90-day labour warranty on the specific repair we performed
  • 30-day parts warranty on parts we supplied and installed

The warranty covers the same issue only. New problems, misuse, power surges, or third-party work are not covered.


Membership Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time.

Annual Memberships

  • Full refund within 30 days only if no Dispatch Credit has been used and no service has been booked
  • Once a Dispatch Credit is used, the membership becomes non-refundable

What LEA Repair Does Not Offer

To be clear, LEA Repair does not provide:

  • Emergency service
  • Weekend or after-hours service
  • Gas appliance repair
  • Appliance replacement

We focus on proper diagnosis, reliable scheduling, and quality repairs.
